Following up on yesterday’s theme of making 2010 a great year for outreach and communications: the 2010 Non-Profit Technology Conference (NTC) is going to be held in Atlanta, Georgia, April 8-10. The conference is at the Omni Hotel in the CNN Center, and registration is now open.
The conference will cover such things as using social media like Facebook to your nonprofit’s benefit, leveraging your existing contacts to reach out to another circle of benefactors, and what some of the latest technology trends are that can be the greatest help to community organizations.
The Nonprofit Technology Network (NTEN) is the sponsor, though they are proud to announce that the Georgia Center for Nonprofits is this year’s host.
Individuals and groups can register. The conference will provide not only a wealth of information but contacts with other nonprofits and such corporate entities as Event360, Mashable, and Blackbaud (and about 100 more!) means your group will prove invaluable to expanding your outreach even while others are thinking ‘recession.’
So enjoy some suuthuhn hawspitaaality, the great weather that visits the area in April, and sharpen your tech knowledge.
