MKCREATIVEmedia is a full service video production, creative services, WordPress website builder, and social media marketing agency with clients in Baltimore, Washington D.C., and New York City. We work with social enterprises, colleges, federal agencies, and nonprofit organizations to help them share their stories with stakeholders, news media, and followers on their websites and on social networks.
Our mission is to help our clients create positive change in the communities they serve through the strategic use of digital media training workshops in graphic design, slide presentations, photography, and video production. We also offered multi-camera video production services to NGOs and universities looking to take their client, donor, volunteer or community outreach narratives to a wider audience online and beyond.

MARCO KATHURIA, Principal, MKCREATIVEmedia
Marco Kathuria is a university lecturer, community media instructor, and independent video producer. He works with the nonprofit sector in the Mid-Atlantic region and in New York City.
Prior to establishing MKCREATIVE in 1998, Marco worked as a freelance producer at public television stations in New York City and Dallas, during which time he also co-founded a Dallas-based television production company—Mystery Trout Productions, Inc.—with partner Charlie Papaceno, previously of the A&E Cable Network. Mystery Trout conceived and developed a music television pilot aimed at the public television and premium cable audience in addition to “Metro 214: An Arts and Lifestyle Show“.
“Just Another Day: How to Survive an Active Shooter Event on Campus” was commission by Towson University. As of May, 2022 the film has racked up nearly 11 Million views on YouTube. The film was recognized with a 2018 Platinum MarCom Award in the video training category by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals as well as a Peer Gold Award, the top prize in the education/training video category, from the Television, Internet & Video Association of D.C. on November 17, 2018. Official Selection IndieFest Film Festival 2019. Producer, Marco Kathuria, and the director, Joseph Kraemer, were also nominated for a Regional EMMY Award in 2019.
Marco Kathuria has won a number of other film and television awards as a producer, including the USA Film Festival “Finalist” for “Metro 214: An Arts and Lifestyle Show“. He also received two EMMA Awards for the television pilot, “617 Boston: An Arts and Lifestyle Show“.
A graduate of Newcastle University Business School (UK) where he read Economics, Marco then earned his Masters degree in Broadcasting from Boston University.

LINDA CRONIN-GROSS, Principal, LCG Communications LLC
Born and raised in Queens, New York, Linda Gross graduated from Queens College of the City University of New York and has been in the pr business for more than 25 years. For the past 13 years, she has been the president of her own firm, LCG Communications. She has spent most of her pr career in the non-profit sector, strategizing and implementing campaigns for progressive activist groups, “cause” campaigns and labor unions. She also provided communications and media support for many progressive political campaigns from NY City Council to Congress.
She is a sought after lecturer and teacher and has lead classes in media and media training for labor unions, grassroots groups, funders, political candidates and elected officials. She has taught at Hunter College and Cornell University’s Union Leadership Program and is one of the original Huffington Post bloggers.
She has lived in the Sunset Park section of Brooklyn for 30 years, and has two amazing children, Liam and Amanda.

RICK KNIGHT, Principal, RBKnight Creative Services

Rick Knight is a multidisciplinary designer with a focus on logo design and brand development. Rick has led in-house teams and freelanced onsite and remotely for a variety of agencies and brands. A former Apple employee, he’s inspired by technology and its influence on human behavior.
Rick is a creative problem solver, skilled at developing projects from scratch and creating solutions that combine brand value, experience design, and storytelling to help companies and organizations reach and delight their intended audience.

Rick’s diverse experience includes work in a variety of markets and industries, including publishing, real estate, and hospitality. He has worked with musicians, tech start-ups, politicians, municipalities, and non-profits and charities.
As art director for Buffalo’s Sports & Leisure Magazine, Rick created all brand design elements including the publication’s logo, banner, and page design.
At Perdue Farms Incorporated, Rick was a go-to problem solver, participating in the company’s corporate visual makeover. Remaking or redesigning production artwork for the company’s various in-house brands, publications, and advertising.
Rick has also worked as a consultant for MKCREATIVEmedia in New York City, Rich Products, Buffalo State University, University of Washington in Seattle, and sports franchises in Baltimore and Buffalo.
Rick actively supports and promotes the arts, offering PR, social media, and marketing support to fine artists and galleries in his neighborhood, Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe Drive.
